Very juicy, tender flesh with tiny crunchy seeds.

Tastes like: Honey pear · Floral melon · Kiwi finish

Ripe when: Skin is fully yellow, the bracts are drying, and it gives slightly.

How to eat it: Halve and scoop the white flesh; the tiny seeds are edible.

Storing it: Refrigerate ripe fruit and keep cut fruit covered.
